overview
An operating system for brands selling across eight marketplaces at once.
Westpace was built to close a structural gap in Brazilian e-commerce: thousands of D2C brands sell on just one or two marketplaces because running Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu and Americanas in parallel — each with its own API, listing rules and logistics — requires infrastructure most brands don't have. The company positions itself as a commerce operator: part agency, part SaaS, with AI at the center of the operation.
The project consisted of building two central, interconnected fronts:
- —Operational and commercial dashboard, with separate views for sales metrics (GMV, revenue, average ticket, orders per marketplace, period-over-period evolution, geographic distribution) and operational metrics (SLA, logistics, deliveries), with filters by period, marketplace and state.
- —Background automation engine, responsible for running recurring and on-demand tasks — fetching new orders, batch label generation, NF-e (invoice) processing, inventory sync with Senior ERP, and webhook dispatch — with a visible execution queue, error control, automatic retry, and full scheduling history.
