Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities.

The Business Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to define, design and author project business and functional requirements, providing business operations support as needed. Will also assist with user instruction and conduct internal user trainings and document As-Is and To-Be process flows for existing and future systems.

As main activities, will conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. In addition, will manage project tasks or parts of the project plan assigned within scope, quality and timeframe allocated with minimal supervision.

Must.

• Prior experience as a software business analyst requirements gathering, documentation and communication

Plus.

• Experience with BI software (e.g. Power BI), SQL, Python, and other data wrangling and modelling skills
• Strong understanding of API technologies
• Experience in commercial building construction, facilities management, inspection, or commissioning
• Experience with scheduling software P6 and MS Project
• Experience with mobile and web design concepts
• Workflow application experience (usage or design)
• Excellent decision maker – able to make intelligent, informed decisions with an eye on the entire product offering
• Possesses an eye for UI/UX design patterns
